Noelle

If you have Dental implant coverage with your dental insurance provider you can ask your dental office to send a predetermination to the insurance comapny. I would definitely make sure that the billing department attaches your x-rays along with a narrative written by your dentist. It takes about 30 days to get a response back from your insurance comapny. They will either approve, deny, or ask for additional information to be sent to them. Every Insurance company has there own rules when it comes to coverages so I can not give you an answer. I hope I have helped you.

I was born with no permamant tooth under my baby tooth, and the dentist pulled my baby tooth out. Would you know if an insurance agency would cover the cost of a tooth implant, since it's technically a birth defect?
